important details (please read)

This Earth Day, Frankie D’s Donuts and Biosphere invite you into an honest, grounded community conversation about climate change; not just the science, but the emotional and human impact.

This gathering will explore:

  • Processing grief and anxiety around climate change
  • The privilege and responsibility of living here
  • Stories from neurodivergent local experts and youth highlighting neurodiversity as a strength in environmentalism and in their environmental work
  • Stories from local experts and youth voices
  • What meaningful, high-impact action actually looks like
  • How to move from fear or paralysis into collective action

Inspired in part by Joanna Macy’s work on transforming climate grief into connection and courage, we’ll hold space for both discomfort and possibility.

This is not a lecture. It’s not a debate. It’s not about shaming or convincing. It’s about gathering as a community to feel, reflect, and ask: what does loving and respecting this place ask of us now?

Whether you’re deeply immersed in climate work or just beginning to engage, you are welcome here.
